BACKGROUND

The objective of this project was to create a topic of investigation. Firstly, stating a fact that might also be a problem in the world, related to my interests or passions. Secondly, describe the specific issue that results from my stated fact, which I would like to see changed, and thirdly, state the outcome I hope to achieve through an investigation of the said problem.

APPROACH

I chose to develop a visual system around the topic of creating an awareness campaign under an NGO based in the bay area that educates south Asian communities and employers by proposing solutions to preventing caste oppression. 

The design was inspired by the symbolism of color, which stands out and controls every aspect of life in India, be it religion, politics, festivals, or celebrations.
